Who is Imagine?

From completely outsourcing event organization to arranging all materials for a good party. Imagine Event & Party Rental is there for the rental of all party supplies in the field of image, sound, light, effects, tents, fixtures, generators and cabling. You can also think of festival materials such as security products, fencing, toilets and cash registers. The relief in event organization is in full catering, staff and artists.

One of the websites Nxtlvl developed was the website for the 2-day Boeruh Rock event. With around 10,000 visitors annually, making ticket sales easy is an absolute must!

Their challenge

It's late 2021 when Image Event & Party Rental, formerly Image Dance Events, decides to put their digital identity on the map more effectively. The request to us? Two new websites on which, on the one hand, it should be easy to make a request for a quotation and, on the other hand, it should be a no-brainer to directly order a ticket for a festival. All this with a modern look that fits the identity and goals of this event company in the middle of the Netherlands.

From challenge to solution

The event industry already has several challenges of its own, let alone when the then current COVID-19 measurements throw more spanners in the works. Our specialists think in solutions and realize a solution for every issue or challenge. For example, we chose WordPress for both websites. For ticket ordering, we integrated PayLogic; a simple way to buy tickets and parking tickets online. A simple solution to avoid a queue. For the party rental website, we added a handy quote functionality, making it possible for customers to add their own products, wishes and other comments to the 'shopping cart'.
